During the first 10 days of service on Business Xtreme the line speed will regularly change, resetting the connection to the exchange every time. You may experience intermittent service during this period for that reason we are unable to report a fault. This is the Business Xtreme service settling down to achieve the best rate possible.

* Non business traffic may be restricted within business hours in order to protect legitimate business traffic. More specifically we may restrict peer to peer and news group traffic from 9am to 6pm.

**Top speeds can vary significantly, in particular because of a user’s distance from their local exchange.

If we fail to meet this commitment we will refund your connection charge in full.
